With the Atom jukebox still leading in its field, and the new multi-purpose Phantom solution already boasting “a list of customers screaming for it,” NSM Music is well-placed to enjoy an exceptional ARE next week. Speaking to Coinslot, sales manager Alex Kirby guided us through what else will be on display at the Manchester show.
As the Atom jukebox continues to dominate the market, NSM Music is looking to build on its reputation for providing innovative and cost-effective entertainment solutions with Phantom, the new slimline system set to take centre stage at next week’s ARE show.
Appearing alongside Atom, Lightning, Curve and Nostalgia jukeboxes, the Phantom vastly enhances the capabilities of NSM’s product range, with sales manager lex Kirby telling Coinslot “we’ve already got a list of customers screaming for it.”
“We’ll be taking a whole host of our products to ARE,” said Kirby. “We’re going to have the Atom, the bestseller by far, the most exciting product and most successful jukebox in the industry for decades, that will be there in all its glory. We’ll also be showing the Lightning and Curve wall jukeboxes, and the Sound Leisure/NSM collaboration Nostalgia jukebox.”
“We’ll also have the Phantom, a product which can be bespoke to each location individually, whether you want it as a background music system, Quiz, or virtual jukebox, or advertising, possibly bingo in the future, or all of the above, you can bespoke that product and it will be a very low cost outlay.”
After previewing at EAG, the Phantom is due to enter the market officially later this year, with Kirby adding the low-cost hardware solution “will give operators a new market to offer a product.”
“In a lot of ways if you lose a jukebox out of a location, this should fill that loss of jukebox, so we think it’s very exciting. The market response after EAG was exceptional, to a point where we’ve already got a list of customers screaming for it.”
However, it’s not just NSM Music’s hardware that sets it apart from competitors, with Kirby adding that customers keep coming back due to the company’s “value for money, reputation and after-sales support.”
“It’s very tough out there, the hospitality market is struggling, especially with the Chancellor’s latest Budget. Operators are looking for a cost-effective solution, something that can help to bring customers into the location, and keep them in the location.”
“Because of our reputation and aftersales, customers know that they can rely on us, and they know the product is going to be good, it’s going to be reliable.”
All NSM jukeboxes also come with a three-year warranty, which shows the company’s “continued commitment and support to the operator.”
