A new house track commissioned by Mecca Bingo mirrors the heart rate of a punter as they yell that triumphant word, “BINGO!”
Mecca Bingo has teamed up with a music producer to create what may well be the first ever bingo-inspired house track.
As covered by The Sun, and many other nationals this week, the new “Full House” record runs at 128 beats per minute, which is what Mecca says is the average heart-rate of a player when they realise they’ve just hit the bingo jackpot.
At its crescendo, the song builds to cries of “house,” after which the bass drops and numerous classic bingo calls are unleashed.
DJ Fish56octagon was tasked with creating the track, having already established a fanbase of over a million followers by producing a variety of themed house mixes, all whilst wearing his signature at-home dressing gown.
“Innovation is everything in music,” he told the red-top. “You’ve got to keep surprising people, and blending the tension of bingo with the classic build and drop of house felt like the perfect crossover.”
“I wanted to capture that electrifying moment when numbers are dabbed off and you know you’ve won,” he added. “It’s a proper rush, and that’s what this track is all about.”
“The biggest moment in bingo is undoubtedly when players shout “House!’’ to claim a big jackpot prize, so we wanted to capture that winning feeling in a dance track,” added a spokesman for Mecca. “By combining two classics, bingo and house music, we’ve created something that celebrates the thrill of the win in an entirely new way.”
