Interactive darts brand Dartsee is continuing its global roll out, with installations of its distinctive board now taking place “almost on every continent” thanks to a focus on robust engineering, regular games updates and advanced tech.

Speaking to Blooloop, co-CEO Zoltán Borsos explained how features such as algorithms and cameras that track and score throws, multiple game modes and easily replaceable components have driven demand for the distinctive system.

“We developed the round Ring format so that you don’t need to build a huge cabinet structure,” said Borsos. “You can just put it on the wall, plug in a TV and a tablet, and you’re good to go.”

“It’s symmetrical, it’s well lit, and it’s easy to put up. You just drill two holes in the wall. We don’t have a dedicated install team. We assist in real time, in video calls and chats and other channels, but our venues never have problems with installation.”

Originally hand built by the Dartsee team, the product has evolved to become the high-tech system it is today, with Borsos adding “it’s very robust and self-contained. And every piece that can be hit by a dart can be replaced as well. Which happens.”
