Claremont Pier is to expand its all-weather entertainment offer with the addition of a new golf simulator, opening later this summer.

Announcing the news via social media, a spokesperson for the pier said the new GSPro system was sure to be “a hole-in-one.”

“We’ve got something swinging your way, and it’s going to be a hole-in-one. Get ready for a brand new Golf Simulator Experience – coming soon to Claremont Pier, Lowestoft!”

“Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just fancy some fun with friends, this is your chance to take your golf game to the next level whatever the weather! Stay tuned, more details and launch info coming very soon.”

Though the pier is yet to confirm details of the simulator, the picture posted as part of the announcement shows a dedicated room set up with the GSPro simulator software, which features 4K graphics, realistic ball physics, and access to more than 500 virtual courses.
