Continue? Arcade, which opened its first venue in April 2024, has secured 25 new franchise agreements after partnering with brand consultancy Infinity Business Growth Network.

The high street gaming company currently has locations in Plymouth and Taunton, but is now set to expand rapidly, creating 130 jobs in locations across the UK.

“Continue? is a shining example of how the right concept, backed by solid franchising foundations, can thrive in today’s market,” said Infinity MD Joel Bissitt. “We’ve seen the passion of their team and the appeal of their brand, and it’s no surprise to us that they’ve achieved such rapid growth.”

Continue? began last year after businessman Austin Wood invested £100,000 in converting a former Dreams bedding store on Plymouth’s Royal Parade, before expanding the site and opening a second in Taunton in April.

“It’s designed to be a brand that can be replicated quite easily,” Wood told the Plymouth Herald at the time. “It’s a family place, but also for daters in their 20s and 30s.”
