Coral Island offers autumn warmth and “kids eat free”

Blackpool’s Coral Island is inviting visitors to escape the autumn chill with its all-weather entertainment offering, combining family dining, arcade attractions and indoor activities as the resort’s Illuminations and World Firework Championships draw crowds to the seafront.

The venue, which attracts around four million visitors annually, is promoting its five family restaurants, where children eat free, alongside a wide range of entertainment for all ages.

“Blackpool is famous for its lively atmosphere, but after a chilly walk on the prom, Coral Island is a warm, bustling indoor haven where everyone can spend hours making memories together,” commented Jeff MacNamara, managing director at Coral Island. “From family favourites like the Camel Derby and Pirate Flyer and our ‘kids eat free’ dining, to our excellent selection for adults, we offer an escape where the fun doesn’t have to stop when the weather turns.”

A fixture on Blackpool’s promenade for 48 years, Coral Island offers more than 500 machines, with an estimated 105 million tickets are won across its games annually. The autumn offering also includes appearances by Captain Jack every Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 5pm, while adults can enjoy the venue’s casino, interactive darts and three licensed bars.
