Corporate Amusement Services is putting the final touches to its High Score Arcade in Worcester’s Crowngate shopping centre, ahead of the venue’s official opening this weekend.

The site is the company’s seventh UK location, and features more than 80 games, ranging from “old school classics” to the latest arcade technology.

“Super excited for the opening of our seventh arcade location in Worcester this weekend,” said a Corporate Amusement Services spokesperson. “Mark your calendars – Saturday, 22 March is the big day!”

“A huge shoutout to our team, who have been buzzing as we race toward opening day. An amazing effort has been made to get everything up and running. The final touches are really coming together. We can’t wait to welcome you all to our new location soon. It’s going to be a blast!”

High Score Worcester joins the company’s existing venues in Bracknell, Farnborough, Newbury, Poole, Southampton and Swindon, with head of operations Nicki Gamblin adding the new site will “build on our company ethos of creating a positive environment and fun memories between families and friends.”

The launch on 22 March will see a yet-to-be-announced “special guest” cut the ribbon, with attendees also able to meet Mario and Luigi.
