Dransfields and Reflex partner with Amber Gaming to strengthen compliance training

Reflex continues to lead the way in compliance and social responsibility issues, this time establishing a partnership with specialists Amber Gaming to drive SR training programmes through the operation at both Reflex and Dransfields.

Dransfields and Reflex Gaming have partnered with Amber Gaming to enhance their regulatory training through the Amber Gaming Compliance Academy.

Delivered via Amber Gaming’s advanced online platform, the training focuses on core areas such as Anti-Money Laundering, Safer Gambling, and Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice for both remote and non-remote operations. Courses covering Gaming Machine Technical Standards are set to follow, aligned with the Gambling Commission’s recent consultation in May 2025.

“Social responsibility is at the heart of what we do and therefore as a licensed business in a highly regulated sector, we put a strong emphasis on training throughout the firm,” said Quentin Stott, managing director of Reflex Gaming. “Using Amber Gaming allows us to manage our technical and responsible gambling training with our staff throughout the year that is engaging and educational.”

Amber Gaming’s Compliance Academy has recently undergone a major upgrade, introducing enhanced dashboards, analytics tools, and custom content features. With a blend of videos, podcasts, PDFs and microlearning options, the platform offers a learning experience for both land-based and digital gaming sectors.

“With training being very much under the Gambling Commission’s spotlight, we are delighted to partner with Dransfields and Reflex Gaming and seeing industry leaders put so much importance and attention to their regulatory and RG training,” said Tim Shallcross, head of commercial at Amber Gaming. “Having worked with the team over the past three months, we are able to provide land-based specific training for the Dransfields employees, as well as remote and non-remote for Reflex Gaming.”
