E-Service celebrates another  successful Park Avenue outing

E-Service has hailed last week’s Park Avenue Open Day in north west London as a ‘resounding success’, highlighting significant operator interest in its innovative solutions; particularly the 3004e and 5000e change machines, ahead of the busy summer season.

The annual Park Avenue Open Day, a key date in the industry calendar, provided the perfect platform for E-Service to showcase its latest technologies, including change machines with integrated contactless payment functionality, which continue to meet the growing demand for cashless play.

And it didn’t disappoint. “Park Avenue is always a fantastic opportunity to connect with our customers and showcase how we can help modernise and future-proof their venues,” said Mike Clokie, Managing Director of E-Service. “We were especially pleased to see the high level of interest in our 3004e and 5000e change machines, which are designed to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction at busy AGCs, FECs, and bingo clubs.”

In addition to change machines, E-Service also showcased a range of note validators, age verification systems, and pool table accessories, including the latest Hainsworth cloth. The event gave operators a first-hand look at how these solutions can support regulatory compliance while maintaining a seamless customer experience.

Clokie added: “Our customers know that E-Service is more than just a supplier – we’re a trusted partner, providing technical support, remote diagnostics, and fast parts delivery. That commitment was evident in the conversations we had at Park Avenue, and we continue building on that momentum.”

With steady demand across the market and more venues investing in modernisation, E-Service remains dedicated to delivering the innovative solutions that today’s operators need. The company looks forward to continuing its strong support throughout the summer season and beyond.
