E-Service has officially opened its new Northern office and supply hub, which gives the company more than double its previous storage capacity, a dedicated technical support centre, and meeting room facilities to further enhance customer relations.
The move to the new expanded Castleford unit comes as the networked systems and payment solution specialist experiences a growing demand for its range of products and services, and channels investment into “infrastructure, people, and product.”
“The move is really a reflection of how the business has grown,” MD Mike Clokie said. “Demand has increased across all product lines, from consumables and spare parts to smart tech and support, so we needed more space to operate efficiently and support our customers better.”
“Castleford has always been key to our service in the North, so when the neighbouring unit became available, it was the perfect opportunity to expand.”
The new Castleford office, based in Whitwood Enterprise Park, is now fully operational, and complements E-Service’s operations in Welham Green, Hertfordshire, allowing the company “to serve the UK and Ireland more efficiently than ever.”
With a major shipment of cue sports equipment due to arrive shortly, the Castleford site is primed to supply operators with everything from pool table spares to premium playing accessories. The depot will also act as a key distribution point for large-scale TITO ticket orders, ensuring rapid delivery across the North.
The expansion was marked with a special opening event attended by customers, suppliers, and colleagues. “It was a fantastic day,” Clokie added. “There was a great atmosphere and a real sense of momentum. The new facility is all about being a trusted partner – whether that’s getting parts out quickly, solving technical issues, or helping customers plan ahead.”
