E-Service looks forward to “connection and collaboration” – and strong product offerings in its London showing

E-Service is bringing a strong – and versatile – portfolio to ACOS next week. Smart Tech is obviously at the heart of the London offering, but, as Mike Clokie explains, “our strength lies in the breadth of products and services we offer to support every corner of the amusement and gaming industry.” And that includes electronic solutions, branded TITO tickets and redemption tickets and updates to their change machines.

Coinslot: The political and regulatory backdrop is all over the place as we head into next week’s ACOS 2025 edition. But, it’s one of the most important shop windows for the industry: what are you hoping to get from the Autumn Coin-Op Show?

Mike Clokie: The Autumn Coin-Op Show remains a vital meeting point for our sector – even amidst political and regulatory uncertainty.

For E-Service, ACOS 2025 is about connection and collaboration. We’re looking forward to engaging directly with our customers, showcasing our latest component innovations, and discussing how we can help operators adapt to the evolving landscape.

It’s also an invaluable opportunity to exchange ideas with manufacturers and industry partners, ensuring that we continue to supply reliable, compliant, and future-ready solutions to support the UK amusements industry.

Coinslot: What are the ‘must-haves’ on offer on your stand at ACOS next week and why are they the products that will make the difference?

Mike Clokie: At this year’s ACOS, we’re excited to showcase several must-have products that are making a real impact across the amusement and gaming sectors – with the standout being our latest MyChekr biometric age estimation solution.

MyChekr offers operators a fast, accurate, and non-intrusive way to verify age without storing personal data, helping ensure full compliance with age-restriction regulations while maintaining a smooth customer experience. It’s already proving to be a game-changer for venues that want to demonstrate social responsibility and protect their businesses from regulatory risk.

Alongside MyChekr, visitors will see a wide range of essential components – from payment systems and note validators to display solutions and technical spares – all chosen for their reliability, ease of integration, and service support.

Our focus is always on providing high-quality, compliant products that help operators run efficiently, stay ahead of legislation, and deliver a better experience to their customers.

Coinslot: Talk us through the new launches and any new deals or partnerships you’re previewing at ACOS 2025?

Mike Clokie: While E-Service is widely recognised as a Smart Tech business, our strength lies in the breadth of products and services we offer to support every corner of the amusement and gaming industry.

At ACOS 2025, we’ll be highlighting that eclectic mix, from advanced electronic solutions, to the essentials that keep venues running smoothly. In particular, our branded TITO tickets and redemption tickets continue to be a major focus for operators, and we’re encouraging customers to place their 2026 orders early to take advantage of volume discounts and planned delivery schedules.

We’ll also be previewing a range of new developments across our hardware lines, including updates to our change machines and smart systems, alongside new partnership opportunities designed to enhance product support and availability.

For us, ACOS is all about collaboration – helping our customers plan ahead, secure the best deals, and stay fully equipped for the year ahead.

Coinslot: Looking at the year ahead, what innovations are you currently working on at the moment that’s going to set 2026 alight?

Mike Clokie:  Innovation has always been at the heart of E-Service, and as we look ahead to 2026, we’re focused on technologies that combine functionality, compliance, and enhanced user experience. One of the key developments we’re excited about is the next evolution of our 5000e change machine, now featuring an integrated multimedia display. This upgrade transforms the traditional change machine into a multi-purpose engagement point, offering operators opportunities for on-screen branding, promotional content, and customer messaging alongside its trusted, high-capacity cash handling performance.

We’re also continuing to develop the MyChekr biometric age estimation system, building on its success to expand its applications across different environments where age assurance and responsible operation are vital.

Together, these innovations underline our commitment to supporting operators with smart, compliant, and future-ready solutions that keep pace with both technology and regulation.
