E-Service will be attending ARE this year with a new string to its already powerful bow, having met the “stringent standards for quality, service, and technical expertise” that earned it accreditation as an Authorised Service Centre for ITL.
E-Service will take its place at ARE as a newly-accredited Authorised Service Centre for Innovative Technology, having met the cash validation equipment provider’s stringent standards for quality, service, and technical expertise.
The certified status means E-Service has been fully vetted and authorised by ITL to service and repair its product range, adding a significant new credit to its already burgeoning list of operational abilities and industry partnerships.
“We’re proud to have been named an ITL Authorised Service Centre,” said MD Mike Clokie. “This recognition reflects the investment E-Service has made in staff training, facilities and equipment to meet ITL’s high standards.”
“As a long-standing partner of ITL, we’re excited to expand our offering and provide enhanced support for their range of innovative products. Our team is ready to deliver expert service and fast turnaround times for our customers across the UK.”
Commenting on the approval, ITL’s senior business development manager Andy Bullock said: “E-Service are already one of our trusted Trading Partners who have been working with us for many years, supplying cash handling solutions to customers all over the UK.”
“After completing a detailed audit and a high level of training, we are delighted that they have secured approved service centre status. This will enable them to service and repair devices across our full range of note and coin products, and I am sure they will continue to provide excellent, local service to all customers.”
