Emoji Planet has officially opened in Mablethorpe, with the former Family Amusements unit now transformed into a brightly-coloured hub of all things Emoji, thanks to Instance Automatics and its manufacturing partner UNIS Games.

Instance Automatics has officially opened its much-anticipated EmojiPlanet arcade in Mablethorpe, showcasing the latest cabinets and collectibles created through a recent partnership between UNIS and The Emoji Company.

The brightly-coloured High Street venue features everything from Emoji cranes to Emoji air hockey tables, and will allow Instance to demonstrate the latest themed releases to customers on site.

“We are now open and we have our first customers taking a look,” said Instance. “There are lots of amazing machines that you’ll get to enjoy at EmojiPlanet UK in Mablethorpe. Come and find out for yourselves!”

“The attention to detail on the UNIS Games machines is outstanding; fantastic games that are mega popular to play.”

One example is the Emoji Party, described as “a stunning machine to play, where you drop balls onto a rotating bridge.”

Also on the gaming floor is Emoji Cotton Candy, Emoji Hoops, Emoji Timer, Emoji Frenzy, and Emoji Balloon, among others, as well as a wall of cranes filled with Emoji plush prizes.

Speaking to Coinslot in December, Instance MD Ian Eason also heralded the Emoji “showcade” concept as a new way for the company to engage with operators.

“A live working showroom that’s open to the public to pay and play will attract a lot of attention from our customers, and being able to see the machines in their actual working environment we think is much better than seeing them at a trade show.”
