Funstation has confirmed it will open its new interactive arcade and entertainment centre in Leeds city centre this month, offering an “exciting and engaging experience” for all ages.
Located in The Light shopping and leisure centre, the new venue will host a launch party on 10 April as “a celebration of fun, community and the start of something special.”
“We’ve packed our brand-new Funstation with a range of exciting attractions, from classic arcade games to cutting-edge interactive experiences,” said a spokesperson. “It’s the perfect spot for everyone looking to have a blast. Why not come and see what we’re all about?”
“The party kicks off at 7pm, so bring your friends, family and fellow fun-seekers to make this a night to remember. Everyone is welcome!”
Though Funstation is yet to announce the precise range of attractions on offer at Leeds, other sites in its UK estate offer a selection of carnival games, classic arcade titles, VR experiences, escape rooms, and mini golf.
Speaking on the Leeds opening, Funstation’s head of marketing Chris Alexander said: “Our venues are vibrant, lively and full of energy and we’re excited to bring our fun-filled experience to the Leeds community.”
“Our team is committed to bringing fun and unique experiences to the area and we can’t wait to get started.”
