E-Service has confirmed its pool cloth manufacturing partner AW Hainsworth retains a “substantial supply” of high quality felt, after 18 days of recent industrial action at fellow felt mill WSP Textiles caused concern for operators regarding the cloth supply chain.
E-Service has reassured customers that manufacturing partner AW Hainsworth currently retains a “substantial” stock of professional standard pool table cloth, after industrial action at WSP Textiles in Stroud caused concern regarding the supply of sporting felt.
With cloth quality “directly impacting gameplay, maintenance cycles and customer experience,” the leisure equipment and service supplier confirmed that operators seeking high-performance, customisable felt will be well-served by Hainsworth’s range.
“Any interruption to supply risks delays to refurbishments, new installations and routine replacements at a time when many venues are already preparing for the busy spring and summer trading periods,” said an E-Service spokesperson.
“Hainsworth has confirmed it currently holds substantial stock levels, including more than a thousand packs of cloth in multiple colours and styles, covering both pool and snooker requirements. Products are available for same-day dispatch, helping venues avoid downtime where replacements are needed quickly.”
