Inspired Entertainment has announced the launch of a new leadership development initiative aimed at strengthening people-focused leadership across the organisation.

At the start of next year, the company will introduce the Inspired Leader Programme, a structured development journey designed for leaders at all levels of the business.

“In January 2026, we’ll be launching our Inspired Leader Programme – a development journey designed for all our people-focused leaders across the business,” detailed Lorna Evans, vice president, people and organisational development. 

The programme has been developed over the past six months by Inspired’s Learning and Development team and reflects a broader commitment to leadership capability, culture, and long-term growth.
