The Gaming Lounge in Lancaster is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, with Love Lancaster BID visiting the Common Garden Street site to mark the occasion.
The independent venue was first established in 1986, and has since become a landmark in the centre of the city, and a firm favourite among its community of regular customers.
“We were delighted to visit The Gaming Lounge on Common Garden Street to mark an incredible 40 years in business,” said a BID spokesperson. “We couldn’t arrive empty-handed, so we brought cakes along to help celebrate!”
“Through changing times and a rapidly evolving industry, they’ve remained committed to providing a well-managed, adults-only entertainment space… Reaching 40 years is a fantastic achievement and a real testament to resilience, hard work and the support of loyal customers over the years.”
“Huge congratulations to the team at The Gaming Lounge. We’re proud to celebrate longstanding businesses that continue to contribute to a vibrant Lancaster city centre. Here’s to the next chapter!”
