The Lane7 Group will launch Gutterball, its brand new family entertainment centre concept, in Lincoln. 

Scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2025, the 18,556 sq ft site will feature an arcade, bowling lanes, darts, and more. The operator has secured the freehold of a former Boots site in the city centre, signalling its long term commitment to the project. 

“Gutterball – one of our sister brands – is making its way to Lincoln with a new site opening later this year; an action-packed playground landing in Q3 of 2025,” said a spokesperson for Lane7. “Gutterball Lincoln will be a 18,556 sq ft high-energy hangout, which will transform the former Boots into a much-anticipated fun zone for competitive spirits of all ages – and with Lane7 purchasing the freehold, it’s not just passing through – it’s here to stay.” 

Lane7 has recently opened two new Lane7 sites in Dublin and Milton Keynes, and according to its website it will also be opening locations soon in Belfast, Cardiff, and York.
