Luxury Leisure has submitted plans to expand an adult gaming centre in Brighouse, West Yorkshire, by incorporating a neighbouring shop unit.
The operator has applied for planning permission and advertising consent to alter two adjacent units to extend the existing Admiral venue into a partially vacant shop next door.
According to documents submitted by agents Matrix Architecture Ltd, the application involves removing the current shop fronts and installing a new unified frontage across both units. Updated signage and exterior improvements are also proposed as part of the development.
“Visually, the proposed shop front maintains the buildings uniformed scale and proportions as before, albeit under one ownership,” the agent wrote in Luxury Leisure’s application. “Having the ability to connect with the customers at street level is imperative to the success of this operation.”
