Lyons Holiday Parks has acquired the Terfyn Pella caravan park in North Wales for an undisclosed sum, with the five acre site boasting existing planning permission for 115 pitches.

Located between Rhyl and Prestatyn, the site is the latest addition to Lyons’ growing regional portfolio, after the firm bought five Welsh sites from Sunnysands Caravan Parks Ltd in 2022.

Lyons now operates more than 20 parks across Wales and Cumbria, and last year celebrated 100 years of operation.
