Mecca Bingo held the final of its 2025 national cross-channel slots tournament at Mecca Beeston on 21 June, with 16 finalists competing to take home a share of the £25,000 prize pot.

Sponsored by Blueprint, the event saw eight online and eight in-club players from across the country go head to head at the packed event, with the winner – who wishes to remain  anonymous – eventually claiming the £10,000 grand prize.

“The goal of these tournaments is always to bring our online and venue communities together, and this final did exactly that,” said head of digital Robert Lee. 

“The atmosphere in Beeston was electric, and we’re thrilled the top prize went to a player who embodies that cross-channel spirit.”

Hundreds of competitors had been whittled down through a month of qualifying rounds before the final, with the runner-up, semi-finalists, and quarter finalists each claiming £5,000, £2,000 and £1,000 respectively.
