James Miller’s Sealife Adventure in Southend has received national recognition after being honoured with a prestigious VisitEngland award celebrating excellence in tourism.

The award, VisitEngland Quality Rose Marque, is a symbol of outstanding customer service and memorable visitor experiences, highlighting organisations that consistently go above and beyond for the public.

“The Rose Marque is particularly meaningful as it is presented by VisitEngland, the national tourist board for England, and recognises outstanding customer service and visitor experiences.

“Receiving this accreditation highlights the high standards we strive for across our site, and it’s fantastic to see the team’s efforts acknowledged at a national level.”
