Alex Kirby has been named as one of the speakers for ARE Expo’s panel on how businesses can use data-driven insights to optimise new revenue streams and protect players.
The NSM Music sales manager will join panelists from CLMS, Mitchells & Butlers and Reflex Gaming during the 29 April event, to provide “a wealth of insight on how data is guiding jukebox innovation.”
“A true industry lifer, Alex is the third generation of the Kirby family in the amusements industry and the second in the jukebox world,” said ARE. “He joined NSM in 1991, reconditioning vinyl jukeboxes at the Elland Road warehouse in Leeds – and he’s never looked back.”
“From launching his own successful company (21st Century Tic Tac Toe Ltd) to trading motor cruisers across the Med, and finally rejoining NSM in 2004 to head up jukebox sales, Alex has built an enviable track record of business acumen, product knowledge, and deep-rooted customer relationships that span decades.”
Kirby will speak alongside CLMS MD Simon Barff, M&B’s head of electronic leisure Dawn Clarke, and Mark Purdy, business development director at Reflex.
“Expect Alex to bring a wealth of insight on how data is guiding jukebox innovation, and how the latest entertainment solutions can drive new revenue while enhancing the player experience.”
