RBW Systems has announced the appointment of Joshua Griffin, Eliot Berry and Michael Dayvison to strengthen technical support and product development, as the company builds on growth in both the UK and US.
Gaming solutions supplier RBW Systems has welcomed three new members to its expanding team, reinforcing the company’s commitment to customer support and product innovation.
Joshua Griffin and Eliot Berry join the Technical Support department, while Michael Dayvison joins as a Senior Front-End Developer, as RBW positions itself for expansion in both the UK and American market.
“As the business grows, so does our focus on supporting customers and pushing our products forward,” said MD Rob Wheeler. “Bringing Joshua, Eliot, and Michael on board strengthens the core of what RBW is about, good people, strong customer relationships, and technology that brings the two together.”
Griffin, a Computer Science graduate from the University of Liverpool, and Berry, a Computing graduate with a focus on networking, security, and forensics, both joined RBW earlier this year. Following the successful completion of their probationary periods, both are now permanent members of the team.
In his role, Griffin will bring strong customer service experience and contribute to both front-line technical support and product development, including the creation of a comprehensive suite of reports.
Berry, meanwhile, will combine his background in networking, security, and forensics with practical support experience gained at Crystal Ball. He has already begun to play an active role within RBW’s technical support team, contributing to the design of hardware solutions tailored for the US market.
Dayvison joins the development team as a seasoned developer with over ten years of experience across a range of innovative companies and projects, and will lead RBW’s front-end development process.
The appointments come at a time of continued and rapid growth for RBW, following the recent ten-year partnership with Buzz Bingo and the formation of RBW Systems Americas, which will see the company’s Guardian TITO platform enter key route markets across several US states next year.
“Expanding the team ensures we continue to meet growing demand while maintaining the responsive, personal support that our customers value,” said customer services and operations manager Geoff Clark.
“The appointments reflect RBW’s culture of continual investment in its customers and people, creating an environment that supports collaboration and contribution at every stage of a career.”
