Real Fun Group has named Ben Pitts as its new commercial and slots director, one year after he joined the company as head of slots.

Boasting 20 years of industry experience, Pitts will continue to develop Real Fun’s business development plans, as the company consolidates its recent growth.

“Ben Pitts came to us when we were just setting off on the Real Fun Group Ltd journey,” said Kevin McGinnigle. “He put forward a well thought out proposal on how and why he would fit within the group. We took a chance and went for it, and how glad we are that we did.”

Pitts joined Real Fun from Rank Group, where he was head of slots operations, before which he had served as operations director and business development director at Majestic Bingo.

His role at Real Fun began just six months after McGinnigle led the acquisition of eight Majestic Bingo venues from administrators, saving 200 jobs.
