Coventry-based business SAM Leisure has shown its support for the local community by installing a refurbished pool table at Coventrians RFC’s clubhouse. 

The manufacturer’s donation will enhance the facilities available to members of the non-profit rugby club, which plays a vital role in supporting local families and promoting inclusivity through sport. Coventrians RFC also offers a range of services to the community, including free food, sports activities, and kit for children. The club is recognised for its inclusive ethos, being home to the city’s only inclusive rugby team as well as Coventry City Ladies and Girls teams.

“We were very proud to recently have the opportunity to support Coventrians RFC by installing a new, refurbished pool table in their clubhouse,” said a spokesperson for SAM Leisure. “As a Coventry-based business, we love to help out locally where we can and this is a fantastic local cause we really wanted to do our bit to help.”

Beyond sports, the Coventrians RFC is known for hosting Coventry’s largest annual charity bonfire night, a key event that draws significant local support and helps raise funds for good causes.
