CLMS managing director Simon Barff will return to the ARE seminar programme this year, delivering a presentation on the rise of cashless and contactless payments, and their impact on machine performance.
Making Contactless Pay: Data Insights for Maximising Machine Revenue will feature insight from the company’s extensive data network, including the differences in impact across machine categories.
“I am very pleased to be returning to the ARE show in Manchester for a second year, and I’m looking forward to sharing the insights I have gleaned from data on cashless payments, which I believe could be a transformative opportunity for the industry,” said Barff.
As well as details on how cashless adoption is affecting spend behaviour, the session will also provide practical insights into how operators can maximise the opportunities presented by contactless payments, helping venues adapt to evolving consumer expectations while maintaining strong machine performance.
“Simon Barff’s sessions have become a firm fixture at industry events, valued for their clarity, relevance and grounding in real-world operational data,” said a spokesperson for ARE.
