American indoor entertainment brand Slick City is to enter the European market for the first time this March with a new 50,000 sq ft complex opening on Nottingham’s Redfield Road.

The site, launched in partnership with Activeon, will feature a selection of “completely unique and exciting” air courts and dry slides, as well as a gravity-powered aerial coaster.

“We’re excited to be bringing a completely unique and exciting attraction to Europe for the first time, with the people of Nottingham set to be the very first to experience it,” said Slick City MD Tim McClure. “Slick City was born from innovation, and since its launch in 2021, the brand is growing rapidly.” 

“There is an appetite for more adventure experiences the whole family can enjoy, as well as people of any age who are looking for an exhilarating day out, so now felt like the perfect time to bring this thrill to the UK.”

The centre will officially open on 12 March, creating 100 new jobs, and marking a major milestone for the company already established in 32 US states.

“We’re a one-stop destination for adventure,” said park manager Keely Buchanan. “With so many activities to choose from, Slick City offers an exciting place for group bookings and birthday parties, providing nonstop thrills all year around.”
