The devil’s in the detail for Reflex with carefully considered display at this year’s EAG

With such a wide range of products on offer at EAG this year, Reflex Gaming has taken care to ensure the layout of its stand guides attendees right to the machines most relevant to their sector. Speaking to Coinslot, MD Quentin Stott explained how that considered approach is representative of the attention to detail which runs through the entire product suite.

Coinslot: What are the ‘must-haves’ on your stand at EAG and why are they the products that will make the difference for operators this year?

Quentin Stott: Our stand this year is designed so that whichever sector the customer represents, our layout takes them on a journey through products relevant to them.

Enter from the front and our trademark Video carousel is easily visible, surrounded by our tier one Cyclone cabinets, loaded with both our new Flaming 500 B3 offer and others with single site Cat C Menus and games.

Step on from the sides of the booth and operators can interact and play demos on our Pub sitdown cabinet, Game Pro Max, or our new factory conversion: PremiumStar, both loaded with the ‘Premium’ Cat C menu. Our groundbreaking Cat C Phoenix menu is also playable on the Game Master 2 machines.

AGC and Bingo operators on the same journey will see the Proven Community Cat C games on both Cyclone and Community Chrome cabinets. As they head to the heart of our stand, two brand new form factors will be unveiled for the first time – one a B3 and a Cat C development.

Visitors interested in optimising the current trend for competitive socialising will be able to play Dransfields Dart Shark interactive Darts experience on a dedicated area of our stand too.

Coinslot: London provides the perfect platform for your best sellers and the reliable favourites. Going into the show, what products have been pulling up trees and how did they perform in venues last year

Quentin Stott: We continue to lead and drive innovation in the single site sector with the Cyclone’s Cat C menu and compendium of games.

New titles will be on display and the team will be on hand to discuss content roadmaps and products to suit all venues and budgets.

Our standout success this year has been our footprint expansion into AGC & Bingo venues, we install our tier one Cat C Community menu to any of our proven and reliable cabinets and conversions, delivering player recognition and loyalty whatever cabinet the operator chooses to site.

Our B3 ‘Flaming 500’ has gathered real momentum since its release at ACOS latterly last year, again, players benefit from theme and feature recognition, they enjoy our games online, in pubs, clubs, on the high street and in greenfield sites, now with the addition of dedicated £500 jackpot versions of our favourite brands and themes players are really engaging with it.

Community Chrome Cat C goes from strength to strength, the cabinets are proven now whether new or conversion.

As with the B3 menus, the content is the backbone of the performance with recent releases like the exclusive ‘Super Bullion’ really dominating the cashbox through player choice.

Coinslot: Talk us through new launches and any new deals or partnerships you’re planning over the coming months?

Quentin Stott: We timed the release of Lucky Gems Party with the busy Christmas and holiday period in order to really land it with players, this strategy has paid off and it’s already challenging our legacy games for the number one spot.

We have two genuinely exciting new form factors debuting at EAG: Cyclone Curve will be on display for the first time, a 49” Curved portrait presentation of our Flaming 500 B3 menu, bespoke versions of games will be playable, seamlessly presented on a single screen aimed at delivering new levels of player immersion and a site line that visibly attracts players across venue floors.

Big Game Fishing Community Catch is our first arena product – incorporating a huge 98” screen displaying five community bonuses to the three players interacting with the base game. It’s stunning and will be a real show talking point.

Coinslot: Are you looking to break into new markets or territories?

Quentin Stott Along with the aforementioned continued expansion into the AGC and Bingo sector, we are also really proud to be launching our first B3s into the LBO space in the first quarter of 2026.

These games will be scheduled into our other land-based roadmaps as well, online cross-channel versions are available simultaneously as we continue our investment and growth into the igaming environment too.
