Tim Miller visits Admiral AGC to discuss responsible gambling and player protection

Representatives from the Gambling Commission including executive director Tim Miller visited Luxury Leisure Talarius’ Admiral venue in Hammersmith last month, to discuss the business and its approach to responsible gambling and player protection.

The meeting also included interim chair Charles Counsell, and formed part of continued engagement between Luxury Leisure Talarius and the regulator highlighting the operator’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards in the AGC sector.

“We are extremely proud of our outstanding record in player protection and we consistently go above and beyond regulatory requirements to ensure the highest standards of responsible gambling,” said Luxury Leisure’s group general counsel Elizabeth Speed.

“Admiral always welcomes the opportunity to both demonstrate our comprehensive customer safeguarding measures and to engage with industry stakeholders. We were accordingly delighted to showcase our operations to the GB Gambling Commission representatives.”

The visit follows a recent visit from the Botswana Gambling Authority, and focussed on Admiral’s safer gambling protocols, anti-money laundering measures, and the technical systems that support these safeguarding initiatives, as well as open discussion about pressures the sector faces.

“These visits provide an excellent opportunity to show how responsible operators can deliver an enjoyable leisure experience whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer protection,” added Speed.
