“We’re continuously investing”: RBW’s development pipeline continues to pay dividends as Guardian steps up a gear

RBW Systems’ diligent and meticulous development of the Guardian product suite is set to pay dividends this year, as the Compliance module takes on the duties of the current Bacta Portal. There’s no time to rest, however. Speaking to Coinslot ahead of ARE, MD Rob Wheeler offered a “sneak peek” of the latest product in the development pipeline…

The most recent additions to RBW Systems’ leading Guardian product suite will be on display at ARE next week, as the company’s investment in TITO and Compliance continues to deliver benefits for both operators and customers.

This year will also see Compliance taking over from the current Bacta Portal thanks to its impressive performance in the field, with MD Rob Wheeler explaining to Coinslot that there’s plenty more innovation where that came from.

“We’ll be exhibiting the full Guardian product suite including TITO and Compliance for operators to take a look at,” said Wheeler. “We’re continuously investing in the products to bring additional functionality to our customers.”

“One of our key development focuses over the past 18 months has been our Guardian Compliance module, which is now approaching product maturity. We’ve released several interesting new features since we last exhibited the product at EAG earlier this year.”

Having been deployed with several operators, Compliance is now ready for a full rollout, offering unparalleled versatility for operators to configure the system to their policies and procedures.

“Our approach has always been to minimise operational burden of compliance, whilst enabling operators to have more insight and clearer record keeping for their most vulnerable customers.”

“The seamless integration into our Guardian TITO engine also allows operators to safeguard play with real time sessional alerts.”

Guardian aside, Wheeler added that a “sneak preview” of RBW’s recent CountR integration will be showcased on the E-Service stand, with the integration meaning that Guardian TITO can be hosted within the CountR kiosk, giving operators a roll-on, site ready TITO solution.

“This will significantly reduce the capital expenditure for operators looking to convert to TITO, especially once Light and Wonder machines support the GBG-MDC protocol in H2 2026. We also have several big deals in the pipeline which we will be able to announce sometime in the middle of this year.”
