Blackpool Pleasure Beach launches major recruitment drive

Blackpool’s Pleasure Beach Resort has announced a major recruitment drive, offering hundreds of job opportunities as the theme park prepares for its 2025 season.

The resort is seeking to fill over 100 roles with a mix of full-time and part-time positions spanning numerous departments, giving successful applicants the chance to work on some of the UK’s most iconic rides, assist behind the scenes at shows and events, maintain the park’s expansive 42-acre grounds, or engage with guests through retail and catering services.

Sara Boswell, director of HR at Pleasure Beach Resort, described the diverse nature of the available roles, stating: “Most don’t realise that here at Pleasure Beach we have what we like to call a ‘mini city.’ From plumbers and electricians to chefs and dancers – there’s such a wide variety of roles within our workforce.”

She emphasised the vibrant and dynamic nature of working at the theme park, adding: “No two days are the same here at Pleasure Beach, and that’s the beauty of working at a theme park… it’s fun! We’re so excited to meet some new faces at our recruitment days ahead of an exciting 2025 season.”
