Blueprint looks ahead to EAG to celebrate major machine milestone

As the industry gets its game face on in the lead up to EAG 2026 Blueprint Operations has more reasons than most to be in upbeat mood. The brand, led by MD Andy Tipple, will be toasting the success of its Velocity cabinet which is forecast to have sold 3,000 units since being launched at the 2025 edition of what is the industry’s major business event of the year.

The team at Blueprint Operations is preparing to celebrate a major milestone at EAG 2026 with its acclaimed Velocity cabinet on course to register 3,000 sales by the time the doors open at ExCeL London in January.

Blueprint chose EAG 2025 as the industry event to launch the Velocity and the cabinet has enjoyed consistent sales ever since – to the point that it is set to eclipse its predecessor the Ultramax as Blueprint’s most popular cabinet of all time.

Machine performance data confirms that the Velocity is delivering an impressive 21 percent average cashbox uplift compared to the Ultramax prompting operators across the UK to specify the Velocity as their number one cabinet of choice.

Managing Director Andy Tipple confirmed: “We invested over 10,000 hours of R&D resource to bring Velocity to market and I am of course delighted at the response from both Pub and AGC operators whose input to the development programme was telling.

“3,000 sales represents a major achievement and to celebrate such a feat at the event where the Velocity was launched to operators just 12-months ago will be a perfect way to open what is the major business event of the year for the British industry.”

Having experienced a successful H1 Tipple believes the Blueprint brand is approaching the business end of the year in good shape. He says: “We will be going to the shows in confident mood and looking forward to building on the foundations that have been laid this year courtesy of products such as the Velocity cabinet and outstanding games titles such as, Bullseye, King Kong Golden Bananas and Searing 7’s

“Gaming machines are more critical than ever to the leisure entertainment sector and help operators remain viable by attracting and retaining footfall in what is a challenging environment.

“In fact, in today’s market, a high-performing machine is not just an asset – it’s a lifeline and I expect that to be reflected on the show floor at both EAG and ACOS before it.”
