Growth across gaming and leisure divisions pushes Inspired’s Q3 revenue up to £60m

Inspired Entertainment has reported revenue for the three months to 30 June was up 7 percent year-on-year, with the roll out of Vantage terminals in the UK leading to growth for its Gaming segment, while Leisure also delivered “strong results.”

Inspired Entertainment has reported revenue for the three months to 30 July was up 7 percent year on year to £59.7m, with the roll out of the Vantage terminal across William Hill’s estate helping drive “strong growth” in Gaming.

Operating income for the quarter hit £5.8m, with Leisure also delivering impressive returns for the company thanks to the timing of UK public holidays, while a new partnership with Jenningsbet looks set to boost income even further.

“We are pleased to deliver another strong quarter, underscoring the continued strength across our diversified business model,” said executive chair Lorne Weil. “Gaming delivered a strong performance in the quarter, with segment Adjusted EBITDA increasing 35 percent year-over-year, reflecting both top-line growth and margin expansion.”

“Performance was driven by revenue growth from the successful roll out of our Vantage cabinets with William Hill, which has now been completed and delivering high single-digit revenue growth.”

Operational initiatives implemented during 2024 are also delivering “sustained cost efficiencies,” improving the Gaming segment’s margin profile, while positioning it for “sustained momentum through the remainder of the year.”

“Leisure performed in line with expectations, supported by strong results from the timing of UK public holidays, which shifted into the second quarter this year.

“On a year-to-date basis, revenue is up 5 percent through the first half of the year, driven by growth across existing sites, new site additions, and continued strength in the Bingo sector. Operational initiatives have further enhanced performance, with year-to-date Adjusted EBITDA up 19 percent compared to the same period last year.”

Elsewhere, Interactive revenue increased 45 percent year-on-year, while Virtual continued to show promise, thanks in part to an agreement between Inspired and William Hill to upgrade the bookmaker’s Virtual Sports offering across 1,300 of its UK sites.

During the quarter, Inspired also secured a five-year contract with the UK’s largest independent retail bookmaker Jenningsbet to supply approximately 570 Vantage terminals, commencing Q4 2025.

“Across the business, we continue to execute with discipline and focus,” added Weil. “Our Interactive segment is scaling efficiently, Gaming is delivering profitable growth, Virtual Sports is showing early signs of renewed momentum, and Leisure is performing steadily.”
