Inspired has delivered strong Q3 results, expanding its B3 footprint via installations at Corbett Sports and completing a £18.6m holiday parks sale.
Inspired Entertainment reported strong third-quarter results as the company continues to expand its B3 presence in the UK. Total revenue rose 12 percent year-on-year to £63.8m, with the gaming segment up 20 percent to £20.1m. The company noted that the gaming division “continues to perform well and gain share,” supported by new terminal deployments in UK retail venues.
“Inspired delivered a strong quarter driven by strategic execution, digital expansion, and product innovation,” said Brooks Pierce, president and CEO. “Our Gaming business continues to perform well and gain share, including installations of our terminals with new customers.”
During the quarter, Inspired completed the installation of 148 terminals with bookmaker Corbett Sports. The rollout increased the manufacturer’s B3 footprint within the sector, with the company reporting “encouraging early performance” that it expects will contribute to fourth-quarter momentum. Inspired also completed the £18.6m sale of its UK holiday parks business, supporting a “more digital, scalable, and higher-margin business.”
Lorne Weil, executive chairman of Inspired, said in his prepared remarks that both the Q3 results and the past twelve months of adjusted EBITDA came in stronger than expected. “There are a lot of moving parts right now,” admitted Weil. “The sale of holiday parks, the restructuring of pubs, the continued phenomenal growth of Interactive as examples that paint a very exciting picture.”
Inspired expects full-year 2025 adjusted EBITDA to exceed £81.5m.
