The Guardian TITO system from RBW is rapidly expanding its footprint across the UK’s amusements and gaming industry with the latest addition completed down on the south coast in Bournemouth. Charles Holland, who knows a thing – or too many, about TITO has put his faith in the Guardian system, installing the RBW engine into his popular Trident Casino.
J Holland & Sons has gone live with RBW Systems’ Guardian TITO at its Trident Casino AGC in Bournemouth, with the system now operational across the venue and integrated directly into the site’s existing GeWeTe redemption kiosk.
The installation moves the venue onto RBW’s Guardian TITO platform. RBW’s independence and specialist focus on TITO were among the factors that prompted J Holland & Sons to explore what Guardian TITO could offer, alongside a wider interest in evaluating new options in the market. Guardian TITO is designed with flexibility and configurability at its core, allowing operators to tailor the system to the specifics of their estate.
The integration with the existing GeWeTe kiosk was a critical part of the brief, and one Guardian TITO was well placed to meet. The connection was established cleanly during installation, allowing the venue to retain its existing redemption hardware while gaining the benefits of RBW’s TITO engine, real-time reporting, and the wider Guardian product suite. The wider install ran smoothly and the system has been performing reliably since going live.
J Holland & Sons, a long-established operator with a portfolio of venues around the south coast, joins a customer base of AGC and seaside operators across the UK using RBW’s systems day to day. And Charles Holland, Director of J Holland & Sons, was excited at the prospect of bringing Guardian into the operation. He said: “We’re always looking at where we can innovate and improve how our venues operate, and that means keeping an open mind about the suppliers and systems available to us.
“RBW’s focus on TITO and their independent position in the market made them an interesting proposition, so we wanted to see first-hand what Guardian TITO could do at one of our sites.
“The team handled the integration with our existing GeWeTe kiosk well, the install was smooth, and the system has settled in nicely at Trident Casino. We’re pleased with how it’s going and looking forward to seeing how it develops.”
Trident Casino provides another installation to RBW’s rapidly growing portfolio, and the addition is one particularly well regarded by Rob Wheeler, Managing Director of RBW Systems. He noted: “When an operator who already knows TITO inside out chooses to put one of their sites onto Guardian, that’s a real vote of confidence in what we do.
“We’re delighted to be working with Charles and the team at J Holland & Sons. The GeWeTe integration is a good example of what Guardian TITO is built to do – work alongside the kit operators already have, rather than restricting them to specific hardware. That flexibility is at the heart of how we approach every install.”
