King Pins is to open its second venue in Scotland next year, with a new bowling and entertainment centre planned for Waverley Bridge in Edinburgh.
Customers can expect ten bowling lanes and an arcade, as well as “immersive games” such as shuffleboard, ice-free curling, crazy golf and American pool.
“We’re thrilled to be bringing King Pins to Edinburgh and introducing even more Scots to the Crown Jewels of Bowling and our full entertainment experience,” said brand manager James Travis. “We can’t wait to get the good times rolling – we’ll see you in 2026!”
King Pins has undertaken a substantial programme of expansion since opening its first site in Manchester in 2023, with five venues now open across the UK, including one in Glasgow.
The 21,000 sq ft Silverburn Centre unit welcomed its first customers in June, and was described by Glasgow Live as “the hottest new gaming destination in town.”
The company also operates venues in Bristol and Leeds, with a new location in Belfast due to open next month, in time for the festive party season, before a further opening in Liverpool
As well as entertainment and amusements, King Pins Edinburgh will include the brand’s signature Marvin’s kitchen, and a cocktail bar.
