Hotel operator Galgorm Collection has announced the first phase of its £20m upgrade at Roe Valley Resort will add a giant helter-skelter, arcade, soft play area, and water park.
The £5m investment comes less than six months after Galgorm purchased the Limavady resort, and aims to reinvent the hotel as “the ultimate escape for families.”
“Roe Valley Resort is known for its stunning setting, warm hospitality and exceptional golf and spa experiences,” said MD Colin Johnston. “This investment allows us to build on that legacy, enhancing the resort’s unique charm while introducing exciting new features that will appeal to loyal guests, the local community and new visitors alike.”
“Our vision is to elevate Roe Valley Resort as one of Northern Ireland’s most sought-after destinations.”
The family entertainment park is currently scheduled to be completed this June, alongside new restaurant facilities, while a “stunning new bar” and adult-only spa will open in time for Christmas.
