The polls are now open for the Pier of the Year award 2025, with members of the National Piers Society able to cast their vote for this year’s top seaside landmark.

Nearly all of the UK’s piers are eligible for the award bar those that claimed the accolade in the last five years, such as 2024’s winner Cromer Pier.

“[This is] your annual opportunity, as individual members of the NPS, to share your appreciation of your favourite NPS Member pier by voting for it in the acclaimed and much coveted ‘Pier of the Year’ Award,” said an NPS spokesperson.

“Full details of the voting process and the NPS Member Piers that you are able to vote for were recently emailed to current members… and are also in your copy of Piers 154. Please do not vote until you have read the information on what is needed when voting.”
