Arcade operator NQ64 has completed its acquisition of two former nightclub sites in Soho, with plans underway to combine the units into one flagship space.
The plans relate to G-A-Y Late and the Borderline Club on Charing Cross Road, and form part of a new agreement with Nomura Real Estate Development. Reports confirm that the company will convert the two clubs into one arcade and bar.
NQ64 will now occupy 42,000 sq ft of space over seven floors. The popular bar and arcade operator first opened in Manchester in 2019 and since then has opened a chain of arcade-bars across the country. It now has two venues in Manchester, two in London and others in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Newcastle and Nottingham.
