Paisley Jones: “The overall feedback was that our portfolio feels fresh, dynamic and very much in tune with operator needs”

There was much to celebrate for NOVOMATIC Gaming UK at ACOS this year, and not just the 10th anniversary party which the company sponsored on the first night of the exhibition. The key celebrations were on the showfloor where NGUK put in a very confident performance. “The level of engagement was fantastic” explained Paisley Jones, Marketing and Media Manager, who confirmed that “very productive business” was done over the two days. Providing the allure, undoubtedly, was the NOVO Cash X10, the company’s new cash management kiosk, which Jones confirmed “drew big crowds”. Here, she explains what NGUK had on offer and sent a signal that there’s much more to come in a few months time when they return to London for EAG.

Coinslot: How did ACOS go for you – was there good footfall and business conducted during the two days?

Paisley Jones: ACOS 2025 was an outstanding success for NOVOMATIC Gaming UK. Footfall to our stand was consistently strong across both days, and the level of engagement was fantastic.

We saw a real mix of familiar faces and new customers, with meaningful conversations taking place throughout the event. It was a great opportunity to reconnect with everyone, showcase our latest innovations and conduct some very productive business. The energy across the show floor was very positive.

Coinslot: You had a number of crowd-pulling innovations on stand. Talk us through some of them and what was the customer reaction to your portfolio.

Paisley Jones: Our stand was packed with exciting new products, and the customer response was extremely positive.

The star attraction was undoubtedly the NOVO Cash X10, our new cash management kiosk. The live demos by our Technical Sales Manager, Paul Abbott, drew big crowds, with operators keen to see how this next-generation solution can streamline operations and improve efficiency on the gaming floor.

Another highlight was the Magic Games Premium HD™ B3 compendium, which offers a premium line-up of 66 titles, including some exciting new additions that generated strong interest such as Power Roulette™, Carnival Parade™ and Dragon Hits™.

Combined with our latest cabinet designs and signage innovations, the overall feedback was that our portfolio feels fresh, dynamic and very much in tune with operator needs.

Coinslot: Were there any notable wins from the two days – new agreements, installations, partnerships?

Paisley Jones: Yes, ACOS provided a great platform to strengthen existing relationships and lay the groundwork for several upcoming exciting opportunities, we had a number of very promising discussions that are already progressing toward new installations and partnerships.

The interest shown across our product range, particularly in the NOVO Cash X10 and our latest game compendiums, is translating into real commercial momentum.

Coinslot: ACOS is always a good barometer of the mood in the market – and by all accounts it was a spirited event. How would you describe the mood and what were the main talking points?

Paisley Jones: The mood was exceptionally upbeat. There’s a genuine sense of positivity within the market, underpinned by innovation, investment and collaboration. Many operators are looking to refresh their gaming floors and enhance the player experience, and that aligns perfectly with our product portfolio and strategy.

Key talking points included the growing importance of cash handling efficiency, the continued evolution of content diversity, and how technology can support both player engagement and operational resilience. It was also a joyous occasion to celebrate a decade of the Autumn Coin-Op Show.

Coinslot: With a brief break between now and January’s EAG, what new innovations or projects can we expect at the London show?

Paisley Jones: We’re already looking ahead to EAG and the London Casino and Gaming Show 2026 with great anticipation. Visitors can expect to see further developments in our cash management and digital product lines, as well as exciting updates to our B3 and Cat C compendium ranges.

We’ll also be unveiling enhancements to our cabinet and signage solutions, ensuring we continue to deliver products that combine performance, quality and player appeal. If you didn’t get chance to see the NOVO Cash X10 at ACOS we will also be exhibiting this at EAG along with some other products within the NOVO Cash Range.

EAG and the London Casino and Gaming Show will build on the momentum from ACOS, showcasing how NOVOMATIC Gaming UK continues to evolve and invest in innovation for our customers.
