“The games and cashboxes speak for themselves”: Lauder lauds UDC’s fully-tested London line-up

Inviting operators to see a diverse range of games at UDC’s EAG stand, sales director Jonathan Lauder highlighted The Smurfs Pusher and Elaut’s new crane among several proven performers backed by rigorous testing and solid venue results.

The Smurfs Pusher will be one of the many fully-tested innovations on show at UDC’s Excel extravaganza, with the company showcasing a line-up in which “the games and cashboxes speak for themselves”.

Sales director Johnathon Lauder said it was difficult to single out individual machines from the company’s star-studded 2026 offering, but The Smurfs Pusher and Elaut’s new crane were picked as shining examples.

“We have an excellent range of games available for 2026, too many to mention here,” commented Lauder. “As a cashbox-driven business, our test figures speak for themselves. If I had to highlight a couple of standouts, it would be the closed-loop pushers, such as The Smurfs Pusher, and the new crane from Elaut.”

Reflecting on recent performance in venues, he pointed to another standout title from last year while suggesting operators can expect even more from the range going forward.

“Tornado was the outstanding game of 2025; however, we have other titles that are just as good, if not better,” Lauder continued.

UDC’s approach to new launches is centred on extensive testing before any product is formally introduced. Many of the company’s games have already been showcased at major industry events.

“Most of our games have been showcased at events such as the Park Avenue Open Day, IAAPA Europe, or ACOS,” Lauder explained. “We do not launch any new games without them being fully tested first. This approach allows us to attend EAG with a proven track record – and, believe me, the games and cashboxes speak for themselves.”

Looking ahead, Lauder confirmed that UDC continues to monitor opportunities beyond its established territories, despite the complexities of expanding distribution.

“We are always looking for new markets and territories, though this is not straightforward, as manufacturers often prefer to divide regions between different partners,” concluded Lauder. “Having said that, we remain vigilant and continue to work with a wide range of partners to explore new opportunities.”
