“The show exceeded our expectations”: Genesis Games hit form in London

It was a good showing for Genesis Games at ACOS 2025 this year as the V27 continues to “set itself apart”, alongside a number of other head-turners on the stand in London. Commercial Manager Reece Hatherell outlines some of the highlights at the ILEC, notably the CXs-30 and Grand Arc machines, both marking their genesis in the marketplace with impressive appeal.

Coinslot: Did ACOS prove productive for Genesis this year? Was there good footfall and business conducted during the two days?

Reece Hatherell: The show exceeded our expectations in terms of activity and engagement.

Footfall was consistently strong, with our stand drawing a significant amount of attention from attendees.

As anticipated, the first day saw the highest volume of visitors, though traffic remained steady into the second day which was very encouraging.

Overall, the event was a success, yielding several new orders for machines and reinforcing positive interest in our offerings. The enthusiastic response from attendees has provided promising leads and underscored the growing demand for our solutions.

Coinslot: You had a strong portfolio of products at ILEC, so talk us through some of the highlights and the customer reaction?

Reece Hatherell The key highlight was obviously the V27 machine which impressed visitors with its stunning design and innovative features.

Its sleek appearance and advanced capabilities drew considerable attention, setting it apart from the competition.

Additionally, the newly introduced programs captured the interest of customers, showcasing our commitment to enhancing functionality and user experience.

The show certainly endorsed our vision: the response to both the V27 and the new program offerings was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the appeal and relevance of our latest advancements.

In addition, the CXs30 machine turned heads with its sleek design and attention-grabbing appeal.

And the Grand Arc machine also stood out, earning praise for its robust build and dependable engineering.

Coinslot: Were there any notable wins from the two days – new agreements, installations, partnerships

Reece Hatherell: The two days at ACOS proved to be highly successful, not only for engaging new customers but also for strengthening relationships with our existing clients.

Conversations with current partners allowed us to reinforce our commitment to supporting their goals and ensuring our partnership remains solid.

Coinslot: ACOS is always a good barometer of the mood in the market. How would you describe the mood and what were the main talking points?

Reece Hatherell: The atmosphere throughout the event was upbeat, with team members and attendees showing enthusiasm and optimism.

However, there was no escaping an underlying concern which lingered regarding the potential impacts of the upcoming changes.

While everyone remained positive, discussions occasionally returned to the anticipated changes and uncertainties it may introduce.

Coinslot: With a brief break between now and January’s EAG, what new innovations or projects can we expect at the London show?

Reece Hatherell We’re looking forward to next round of events and we have some very strong products coming through for EAG.

Genesis Games will be introducing the Amatic Industries new B3 offerings as well as the new B1 machine for the UK casino market.
