As well as displaying a “huge range” of new and popular machines at PAOD this year, UDC has announced it will also host a “special preview” of several new products before they’re released, with head of creative Matt Bland welcoming the chance to exhibit at home in London after a “non-stop” year of international expos and trade visits.
UDC is welcoming the opportunity to showcase its products at home in London after a “non-stop” programme of international trade visits this year, with Park Avenue Open Day providing the perfect opportunity for a “special preview” of several pre-release machines.
Speaking to Coinslot, head of creative Matt Bland outlined the vast range of products that will be on show at the supplier’s offices next month, encouraging operators to visit and “take a peep” at the brand new range ahead of its launch.
“UDC are showing a huge range of new and current games at Park Avenue Open Day including Galaxy Rangers four-player, Wild West II four-player, Bikers Madness, Aurora Air Hockey, Dream Car four-player crane, Ice Cream Van, Ozzy The Ostrich and Mini Submarine kiddie rides, StepmaniaX dancing game, Rush and Catch, Wave Rider X-Treme, Shock Wave, our range of compact footprint multiplayer cranes as well as Elaut’s world leading E-Claw cranes, plus UDC’s range of Vibe change machines – and more,” said Bland.
Take a breath, that’s one hell of a list. And yet, there’s more as Bland explained. “We’ll also be showing a special preview of a few new products before they’re released to market. You’ll need to turn up on the day for a peep at some of the new games that will officially be released later this year.”
Although yet to be launched, the new range is expected to perform as well as UDC’s 2025 product portfolio, which Bland noted “is doing really well.”
“Demand hasn’t dropped off yet, with us still shipping out new games right up to the Friday before the bank holiday that’s just gone. With the warmer weather, the bank holiday weekend, half term and the forthcoming summer holidays just around the corner coastal arcades are definitely ramping up business and starting to see increased footfall.”
UDC, meanwhile, has seemingly kept its foot on the accelerator for the entirety of the year to date, with Bland telling Coinslot that “2025 has been non-stop with exhibitions around the globe, supplier trade shows, factory and customer site visits.”
“The team have worked hard all along the way, with us pulling out all the stops to meet delivery dates for new equipment and keep customers happy with support and parts. I think we’re doing just about the best we can right now.”
“After multiple trips to China and the Middle East it’s gratifying to be able to host an event here in London at our home base and welcome everyone in. As for what’s to come, we’re showing a sneak preview of new games on Open Day. Anyone curious will need to turn up to see them in person.”
